1. Are the transactions that are made on this site secure?

Yes, your shopping experience is secure when you order our products online. There is no need to worry about your personal or credit card information being intercepted as this is a secure site.

2. Can I exchange an item for a different size after I receive it?

Yes, exchange is possible provided hygiene strip is not removed from panties. Exchanges will be given for items returned in their original condition including packaging and tags.

3. How should I pay for my purchase?

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. We also accept Offline Payment (COD), where you will pay cash to our delivery staff when your order is delivered.

4. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of your order. For international sales, the most economical postage will be used. All postages/courier charges will be made known to buyers for approval before items are shipped. All PLUS sizes order will take about 4-6 weeks. For all non-stocked items, we will try to expedite on delivery but typically it will take between 3-5 weeks.
